The mansions are settled in Baglar province, at the heart of museum city Safranbolu. The mansions were once named as 'KATIPLER EVLERI'. Mansions have preserved their own historical characteristics. In two stories high with a living main enterance floor mansions are built upon 110x2 m2 area as three stories high. Sapphire Mansion reflects total Safranbolu characteristics and serves as a hotel, but the administration building differs from the main and reflects a standart Ottoman Empire period house .
