Sari Konak, which means Yellow Mansion, resembles from the exterior, a modernised wooden Turkish house.
Some of the rooms of this boutique Istanbul hotel, decorated in a traditional manner with soft fabrics, are further enhanced by the attractive bay-windows with lattice shutters.

The modern lift doors are paneled by old wooden doors, to preserve the authentic atmosphere of the hotel.
In winter, the breakfast is served at the lobby, facing the patio.

The lobby is decorated with Turkish antiques and colorful Turkoman rugs.
It is a warm and comfortable corner to sit and enjoy your book.

With nothing but a few pieces of hand-painted furniture, the rooms of Hotel Sari Konak are simple but charming . They are double or twin-bedded and each room has an ensuite bathroom with shower or tub and hair-dryer. All of the standard rooms have A/C, direct dial phone and a TV with international channels. They do not have a safe deposit box, but safe deposit boxes are available for our guests free of charge at front desk 24/7. Wireless internet access is available free of charge everywhere in the hotel . The main difference between the different types of rooms is the size of the room. The superior double is larger than the standard room and the deluxe double is larger than the superior room. Also, each deluxe room has a minibar and a safe deposit box. All the rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outdoors,such as the patio or the roof. Triple Room : One extra bed can be put in the triple room upon request. The triple room has a bathroom with shower. Other features include A/C, safe deposit box and TV with international channels.

Suite # 305 has a queen size bed and it is a quite room facing the patio. the largest room of the hotel. Even though it is a double occupancy room, this suite can accommodate up to 4 person. We charge €10 extra for each additional person . Its features include a LCD TV with international channels, minibar, safe deposit box and a private bathroom with jacuzzi... Suite # 503 is the largest suite of the hotel. It consists of a spacious bedroom flooded with natural light, a living room with LCD TV, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. Some features include high speed internet access, safe deposit box and direct dial phone. All the suites of the hotel are non-smoking .The living room of Suite #503 has a large couch to watch TV... Bathroom floors in richly coloured tiles with tulip pattern satisfy the architect's penchant for orientalism... Contemporary simplicity of the kitchen contrasts with dark mirror frames and red vases... The Family Suite ( Suite #502 ) consists of two small bedrooms, a living room and an ensuite bathroom with shower. One of bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. This suite room has no kitchen but a minibar. High speed internet access is available. The small but cosy living room has a sofa bed, a LCD TV with international channels . The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed if needed. Carefully selected antiques abound, but the interior never threatens to become over-decorated... Suite #502 is an ideal choice for families as it can comfortably accommodate a family of four. Suite #504 is the recently remodeled family suite, with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It does not have a living room as the other family suite (#502) does but the bedrooms of Suite #504 are much larger than Suite #502. This tastefully decorated suite is ideal for families . It can comfortably accommodate four people. The second bedroom of Suite #504 has two single beds. Both rooms have A/C and a TV with international channels. The smallest suite, Suite #501, is on the lower ground level.Even though Suite #501 is on the lower ground level, it is a cosy and comfortable room with a queen size bed, a hammam style bathroom, a living room with LCD TV and a kitchenette with coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom of Suite #501 is designed as a small Turkish bath . It is also equipped with a modern shower.
