The building of the hotel is a stone Russian structure and it has been renovated into a boutique hotel following the restoration by the Güvensoy family.Each of the rooms of Kar’s Otel are named after the towns of Kars that have a special beauty of their won along with River Aras. Kar’s Otel is a conveniently located accommodation centre that is within the reach of a day’s visit to Sarıkamış Skiing Centre, Ani historical remains site, Doğu Beyazıt Ishak Pasha Castle and ruins in other nearby towns.
